Order Dispatch & Shipping Times:

During peak seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping delays may occur due to the higher volume of orders. While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, circumstances may arise where delays occur, more can be read in our refund policy.

Any delays in dispatch will always be clearly stated at the top of our website.

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order will be dispatched once all items are available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for each item.
