Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us, please take a moment to review our policy carefully.

Cancellations: 
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Sealed orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. However, 'ripped live' orders, which are opened on stream, cannot be cancelled once they have been opened. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellations requested prior to shipment are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final once the order has been shipped. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after the shipment has left our facility. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no returns or refunds will be granted once the order is in transit.

If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at pokerangers04@gmail.com, and we will assist you in processing the cancellation as timely as possible.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

Please note that we do not accept returns under any circumstances, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy. In the event that an order is returned to us by the customer (for any reason), the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any return shipping fees or other associated costs incurred by the customer, and we will not cover any expenses related to the return of the products.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that any costs associated with the return of goods, including but not limited to shipping fees, handling charges, and customs duties, are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Liability for Supplementary Costs

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost, or misrouted shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or errors in the delivery process.

In the event of a delayed, lost, or misrouted order, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for any supplementary costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of such delays or misdeliveries, including but not limited to:

  • Additional shipping or handling fees.
  • Costs related to the customer needing to make alternative arrangements.
  • Any lost business, income, or other consequential damages.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold us liable for any such supplementary costs related to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders.
