Released to mark Pokémon's 30th Anniversary, the First Partner Illustration Collection is a Simplified Chinese exclusive blind box celebrating every first partner Pokémon across the series' nine regions.

Vol. 3 covers the Hoenn, Kalos and Paldea starters: Treecko, Torchic and Mudkip; Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie; Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly, with Torchic fronting the set. It follows Vol. 1 (Kanto, Sinnoh and Alola) and Vol. 2 (Johto, Unova and Galar), completing the full 27-card, nine-region lineup and closing out the anniversary series.
